Marking 70 years since Scandinavian Airlines System’s (SAS) historic transpolar flight from Copenhagen to Los Angeles in 1954, Universal Genève unveiled three, one-of-a-kind SAS Polerouter tribute watches. This release honors the original Polerouter, created for the milestone journey, and previews the brand’s 2026 revival. The first tribute piece features the new Universal Genève logo together with the classic and modern SAS logos. Adorned in SAS’s vibrant signature blue and paired with a handcrafted white-gold bracelet, it will be auctioned by Phillips in Association with Bacs & Russo in May 2025. Proceeds support CFP Arts in Geneva, nurturing future generations of watchmaking expertise.
